Ohip Coverage

Your visit with one of our physicians is covered through OHIP provided you have a referral from your family physician. We request that you bring any of the required documentation with you at the time of your visit.

The clinical evaluation with one of our physicians will be covered by OHIP. The pedorthic assessment is not covered, however, any appliances require, may be covered by your insurance provider. These items will be covered depending on the level of coverage, ie. 50%, 75%, or 100%.

If your physician has recommended a custom foot orthoses or other orthopaedic appliance, ie. Knee brace, we recommend you bring your benefit information to your appointment to avoid any unnecessary delays in your treatment and can also ensure your claim is processed in a timely manner.
